Contradiction with Exodus 25:20
Describes the cherubims' wings facing each other over the mercy seat, whereas 2 Chronicles 3:11 discusses them touching and spanning from wall to wall.
Exodus 25:20: And the cherubims shall stretch forth [their] wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, and their faces [shall look] one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubims be.
Contradiction with Ezekiel 1:11
The cherubims each had four wings, different from the two wings mentioned in 2 Chronicles 3:11.
Ezekiel 1:11: Thus [were] their faces: and their wings [were] stretched upward; two [wings] of every one [were] joined one to another, and two covered their bodies. [stretched...: or, divided above]
Contradiction with Revelation 4:8
Mentions four living creatures, each with six wings, unlike the two wings each of the cherubims in 2 Chronicles 3:11.
Revelation 4:8: And the four beasts had each of them six wings about [him]; and [they were] full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. [rest...: Gr. have no rest]
