Contradiction with 1 Kings 8:64
In 1 Kings 8:64, Solomon also consecrates the middle of the courtyard because the bronze altar was too small to accommodate the burnt offerings, contradicting the idea in 2 Chronicles 7:7 that it was exclusively for offerings due to the same reason.
1 Kings 8:64: The same day did the king hallow the middle of the court that [was] before the house of the LORD: for there he offered burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings: because the brasen altar that [was] before the LORD [was] too little to receive the burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and the fat of the peace offerings.
Contradiction with Exodus 20:24-25
These verses specify that altars should be made of earth or uncut stones, whereas 2 Chronicles 7:7 involves a specially consecrated area which deviates from the simple altar construction prescribed.
Exodus 20:24-25: An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee.
Contradiction with Deuteronomy 12:13-14
These verses command that burnt offerings should only be made at a designated place chosen by God, contradicting the act of Solomon using multiple locations for offerings as described in 2 Chronicles 7:7.
Deuteronomy 12:13-14: Take heed to thyself that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:
