Contradiction with Isaiah 1:18
Isaiah 1:18 offers hope for redemption and cleansing from sin, contradicting the certain destruction by fire foretold in Amos 2:5.

Contradiction with Jonah 3:10
God changes His mind about destroying Nineveh in response to their repentance, contrasting with the declared destruction in Amos 2:5.
