Contradiction with Luke 1:37

This verse states that nothing is impossible with God, which may contradict the enduring obstacles faced by Daniel despite being faithful and trusted by God.

Luke 1:37: For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Paradox #1

One potential contradiction with the context around this verse is the mention of "Darius the Mede." Historically, there is little evidence outside of the Bible that a ruler named Darius the Mede ever existed. This has led to debates among scholars about the historical accuracy of such a figure, as other historical records from that period mention Cyrus the Great as the ruler who conquered Babylon. Thus, the identification and historicity of Darius the Mede remain uncertain and disputed in historical studies.
