Contradiction with Genesis 31:3
This verse shows God telling Jacob to return to the land of his fathers, contradicting Isaac's direction to stay in Padanaram as given in Genesis 28:5.
Genesis 31:3: And the LORD said unto Jacob, Return unto the land of thy fathers, and to thy kindred; and I will be with thee.
Contradiction with Genesis 28:2
In this verse, Isaac sends Jacob to his mother's family, but earlier in Genesis 28:5, he commands Jacob to go to Padanaram solely.
Genesis 28:2: Arise, go to Padanaram, to the house of Bethuel thy mother's father; and take thee a wife from thence of the daughters of Laban thy mother's brother.
Contradiction with Genesis 24:4
This verse shows Abraham's servant getting a wife for Isaac from his family, contradicting Genesis 28:5 where Jacob is sent himself to find a wife.
Genesis 24:4: But thou shalt go unto my country, and to my kindred, and take a wife unto my son Isaac.
Contradiction with Exodus 34:16
God warns against taking wives from other nations, which contradicts Isaac's instructions for Jacob to take a wife from Padanaram, an area outside the Promised Land according to Genesis 28:5.
Exodus 34:16: And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods.
