Contradiction with Proverbs 12:15
The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.
Proverbs 12:15: The way of a fool [is] right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel [is] wise.
According to the author of the Book of Genesis, this verse tells about a man asking if someone named Laban is okay, and the people say he is fine. Then they point out that Laban's daughter, Rachel, is coming with the sheep.
Genesis 29:6: And he said unto them, [Is] he well? And they said, [He is] well: and, behold, Rachel his daughter cometh with the sheep. [Is he...: Heb. Is there peace to him?]
