According to Moses, he tells a story about Joseph suggesting to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, to store a big part of the food during good years. This way, they will have enough food when hard times come.
Genesis 41:34: Let Pharaoh do [this], and let him appoint officers over the land, and take up the fifth part of the land of Egypt in the seven plenteous years. [officers: or, overseers]
Advises not to worry about tomorrow, which contrasts with Joseph's advice to proactively prepare for future famine.
Matthew 6:34: Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day [is] the evil thereof.
