Contradiction with Psalm 104:15
While Isaiah 24:7 describes a scene of lament where the new wine mourns and the vine languishes, Psalm 104:15 portrays wine as a blessing that gladdens the heart of man.
Psalm 104:15: And wine [that] maketh glad the heart of man, [and] oil to make [his] face to shine, and bread [which] strengtheneth man's heart. [oil...: Heb. to make his face shine with oil, or, more than oil]
Contradiction with John 2:10
This verse shows the joy and festivity associated with wine at the wedding at Cana, contradicting the mournful tone of Isaiah 24:7.
John 2:10: And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse: [but] thou hast kept the good wine until now.
Contradiction with Proverbs 3:10
Here, full barns and vats bursting with wine are a sign of prosperity, contrary to the desolation expressed in Isaiah 24:7.
Proverbs 3:10: So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.
Contradiction with Joel 3:18
Joel describes a future time of abundance when the mountains will flow with wine, in opposition to the languishing described in Isaiah 24:7.

Contradiction with Zechariah 10:7
This verse speaks of joy and reference to wine as a symbol of happiness and strength, in contrast to the grieving context in Isaiah 24:7.
