Contradiction with Matthew 5:39
John 19:1 describes Jesus being scourged, while Matthew 5:39 teaches turning the other cheek, advocating non-violence.

Contradiction with Isaiah 53:5

Contradiction with Luke 23:4
Pilate finds no basis for a charge against Jesus, yet John 19:1 shows Pilate still has Him scourged despite declaring His innocence.

Contradiction with Acts 3:13
Contradicts John 19:1 by explaining that Jesus is handed over to Pilate despite Pilate's initial intent to release Him.

Contradiction with Hebrews 7:26
Contradicts John 19:1 by highlighting that Jesus is holy, undefiled, and separate from sinners, yet He undergoes punishment as if guilty.

Contradiction with John 18:38
Pilate declares he finds no fault in Jesus, which contrasts with John 19:1, where Pilate subsequently orders Jesus to be scourged.
