Contradiction with Joshua 13:1
Joshua was old and there remained very much land to be possessed, implying not all Anakims were expelled as Joshua 11:22 suggests.
Joshua 13:1: Now Joshua was old [and] stricken in years; and the LORD said unto him, Thou art old [and] stricken in years, and there remaineth yet very much land to be possessed. [to...: Heb. to possess it]
Contradiction with Judges 1:10
The passage mentions Caleb driving out the Anakims from Hebron, implying some were still in the land after Joshua's campaign.
Judges 1:10: And Judah went against the Canaanites that dwelt in Hebron: (now the name of Hebron before [was] Kirjatharba:) and they slew Sheshai, and Ahiman, and Talmai.
