This verse speaks of taking possession of the land by driving out inhabitants, whereas Joshua 13:32 mentions lands given as inheritance without detailing the removal of inhabitants.
Numbers 33:53: And ye shall dispossess [the inhabitants] of the land, and dwell therein: for I have given you the land to possess it.
Contradiction with Deuteronomy 1:8

Deuteronomy 1:8: Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them. [set: Heb. given]
Contradiction with Joshua 11:23
States Joshua took the whole land, whereas Joshua 13:32 only references the specific inheritance to tribes, suggesting incompleteness in possession.
Joshua 11:23: So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the LORD said unto Moses; and Joshua gave it for an inheritance unto Israel according to their divisions by their tribes. And the land rested from war.
