Contradiction with Exodus 23:31
God promised the borders of Israel from the Red Sea to the Sea of the Philistines, which seems broader than specific cities.
Exodus 23:31: And I will set thy bounds from the Red sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the desert unto the river: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand; and thou shalt drive them out before thee.
Contradiction with Deuteronomy 11:24
The promise of land extends to the Euphrates, covering a much broader region.
Deuteronomy 11:24: Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be.
Contradiction with Acts 7:5
Stephen mentions God did not give Abraham any inheritance in the land.
Acts 7:5: And he gave him none inheritance in it, no, not [so much as] to set his foot on: yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him, when [as yet] he had no child.
