According to Moses, if someone makes a special promise to give a gift to God or gives something to Him because they want to, they can share the special meal that day and the next day too. It’s about sharing and enjoying together what they have offered to God.
Leviticus 7:16: But if the sacrifice of his offering [be] a vow, or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offereth his sacrifice: and on the morrow also the remainder of it shall be eaten:
This verse states that a peace offering should be eaten on the same day and not left until the morning, contradicting the allowance for eating it on the next day as stated in Leviticus 7:16.
Leviticus 22:30: On the same day it shall be eaten up; ye shall leave none of it until the morrow: I [am] the LORD.
