Contradiction with Matthew 28:20
Luke 13:35 mentions abandonment, while Matthew 28:20 promises Jesus will always be with us.

Contradiction with John 14:18
Luke 13:35 states desolation, but John 14:18 promises that Jesus will not leave us as orphans.
John 14:18: I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. [comfortless: or, orphans]
Contradiction with Hebrews 13:5
Luke 13:35 speaks of a forsaken house, while Hebrews 13:5 assures that God will never leave nor forsake us.
Hebrews 13:5: [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
