Contradiction with Matthew 26:39
Jesus expresses reluctance towards His forthcoming suffering, which contrasts with His eagerness to eat the Passover in Luke 22:15.
Matthew 26:39: And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?
Contradiction with Mark 14:36
Similar to Matthew 26:39, Jesus asks for the cup to pass from Him, showing human hesitance versus His anticipation in Luke 22:15.
Mark 14:36: And he said, Abba, Father, all things [are] possible unto thee; take away this cup from me: nevertheless not what I will, but what thou wilt.
