Contradiction with Matthew 28:19
Contradicts Luke 8:39 by instructing followers to go and teach all nations, whereas Luke 8:39 limits the man to sharing his story only in his own house.
Matthew 28:19: Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [teach...: or, make disciples, or, Christians of all nations]
Contradiction with Matthew 10:5
Contradicts Luke 8:39 by instructing disciples not to go into the way of the Gentiles or any city of the Samaritans, while Luke 8:39 encourages spreading the word to others, not limiting it.
Matthew 10:5: These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into [any] city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
Contradiction with Mark 5:19
While similar, this verse places emphasis on telling of compassion, differing slightly from Luke 8:39 which focuses on declaring what God has done.
Mark 5:19: Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee, and hath had compassion on thee.
Contradiction with Luke 9:2
This verse instructs the preaching of the kingdom of God and healing everywhere, in contrast to the limited scope of sharing only in one's own house as in Luke 8:39.
Luke 9:2: And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.
Contradiction with John 7:4
Here, Jesus' brothers urge him to show himself to the world, contradicting the limited scope mentioned in Luke 8:39.
John 7:4: For [there is] no man [that] doeth any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do these things, shew thyself to the world.
Paradox #1
The contradiction or conflict in this verse could be seen in the idea of telling someone to go home and share their experience of being healed, while elsewhere in the Bible, Jesus sometimes tells people not to speak about their miracles. This might seem inconsistent because it raises questions about when it is appropriate to share personal spiritual experiences and when it is not.
