Contradiction with Matthew 27:14
Jesus answered nothing to any of the charges, contradicting the impression in Mark 15:4 that He might have said more.
Matthew 27:14: And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.
Contradiction with Luke 23:9
When questioned by Herod, Jesus did not answer, conflicting with Mark 15:4 where Jesus is suggested to respond.
Luke 23:9: Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing.
Contradiction with John 19:9
Jesus gave no answer to Pilate’s questions, which contradicts any implication in Mark 15:4 of Jesus responding.
John 19:9: And went again into the judgment hall, and saith unto Jesus, Whence art thou? But Jesus gave him no answer.
