Contradiction with Matthew 28:1
It notes that Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to the sepulchre "as it began to dawn" rather than early in the morning as in Mark 16:2.
Matthew 28:1: In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first [day] of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
Contradiction with Luke 24:1
This verse also describes the visit to the tomb as happening "very early in the morning," which is consistent with Mark 16:2, thus it does not provide a direct contradiction.
Luke 24:1: Now upon the first [day] of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain [others] with them.
Contradiction with John 20:1
It describes Mary Magdalene coming to the tomb "when it was yet dark," contradicting Mark 16:2, which states it was "at the rising of the sun."
John 20:1: The first [day] of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and seeth the stone taken away from the sepulchre.
Paradox #1
Mark 16:2 mentions the time of day as "very early," but some other Gospel accounts describe the timing of events differently. This can create confusion about the exact time the women visited the tomb.
