Contradiction with Acts 1:15
Numbers 2:32 lists the number of men able to go to war from the tribes of Israel while Acts 1:15 presents a much smaller group assembling after Jesus' ascension.
Acts 1:15: And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)
Contradiction with Exodus 12:37
Numbers 2:32 counts the warriors at 603,550, but Exodus 12:37 states about 600,000 men left Egypt, suggesting a discrepancy in the count.
Exodus 12:37: And the children of Israel journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot [that were] men, beside children.
Contradiction with Genesis 46:27
Numbers 2:32 records a large number of Israelites, in contrast to Genesis 46:27 which indicates only 70 members of Jacob's family went to Egypt.
Genesis 46:27: And the sons of Joseph, which were born him in Egypt, [were] two souls: all the souls of the house of Jacob, which came into Egypt, [were] threescore and ten.
Contradiction with Judges 7:7
Numbers 2:32 counts a vast number of fighting men, whereas Judges 7:7 tells of Gideon's much reduced army of 300.
Judges 7:7: And the LORD said unto Gideon, By the three hundred men that lapped will I save you, and deliver the Midianites into thine hand: and let all the [other] people go every man unto his place.
