Proverbs 31:31 suggests good works are praiseworthy, yet Isaiah 64:6 states all righteousness is as filthy rags.

Contradiction with Luke 17:10
Proverbs 31:31 rewards deeds, while Luke 17:10 implies that servants should deem themselves unworthy of praise, having only done their duty.
Luke 17:10: So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do.
Contradiction with James 4:16
Proverbs 31:31 commends good deeds, but James 4:16 teaches that boasting, which can accompany honoring works, is evil.
