Contradiction with Job 5:18

Job 5:18: For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole.
According to the author of the book of Psalms, this verse is saying that a person was put into chains and it really hurt their feet. They were stuck in jail, and it was very hard for them.
