Contradiction with Revelation 7:4
It specifies the sealing of 144,000 from all the tribes of the children of Israel, whereas Revelation 7:6 excludes Dan.
Revelation 7:4: And I heard the number of them which were sealed: [and there were] sealed an hundred [and] forty [and] four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
Contradiction with Genesis 49:17
Dan is prophesied to be a strong tribe, yet Revelation 7:6 omits Dan from the listed tribes.
Genesis 49:17: Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that biteth the horse heels, so that his rider shall fall backward. [an adder: Heb. an arrow-snake]
Contradiction with Judges 18:30
Illustrates the continuation of the tribe of Dan, but Revelation 7:6 does not include Dan among the sealed tribes.
Judges 18:30: And the children of Dan set up the graven image: and Jonathan, the son of Gershom, the son of Manasseh, he and his sons were priests to the tribe of Dan until the day of the captivity of the land.
Contradiction with Ezekiel 48:1
Lists Dan among the tribes receiving a portion of land, contradicting its exclusion in Revelation 7:6.
Ezekiel 48:1: Now these [are] the names of the tribes. From the north end to the coast of the way of Hethlon, as one goeth to Hamath, Hazarenan, the border of Damascus northward, to the coast of Hamath; for these are his sides east [and] west; a [portion for] Dan. [a portion: Heb. one portion]
